Our mission is to reduce the impact falls have on our clients by providing prompt and compassionate care. In doing so, we also ease pressure on local NHS services — keeping ambulances free for the emergencies that truly need them.

We are a CQC-registered community falls response team based in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We specialise in non-injury falls and minor injury treatment. Our team is made up of HCPC-registered paramedics delivering excellent, high-quality care.
